Bottle 100 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a short, fizzy, white head. Nose is dry apple juice and a hint of yeast - do I get a slight note of leathery Brett as well? Fairly light in body, super dry and super clean apple accents with some astringency if only faintly tart - more dry than tart. But extremely drinkable and quenching. Carbonation to the soft side. 070325

Aus der Flasche (bbe 02.12.2023) im 2023-05 getrunken. Dieses weißwein-farbende Cider hat eine ganz feine Kohlensäure. In der Nase deutliche Apfelnote. Am Gaumen ist es ein typisches Cider mit eher einfacher Säuregehalt. Schön und süffig!

Sample courtesy of fonefan via Grumbo, cheers Jan! Clear pale yellow colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of cinnamon, spice, cooked apple. Taste is sweetish, spices, baked apple, apple strudel, with alittle tartness. Slightly syrupy, light bodied, low carbonation, dry spiced finish. OK

ABV: 5.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, spicy, X-mas spices, cinnamon, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple pie, spicy, cinnamon, clove, light citrus. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20200510]
