Fairly light in body, super dry and super clean apple accents with some astringency if only faintly tart - more dry than tart. But extremely drinkable and quenching. Aus der Flasche (bbe 02.12.2023) im 2023-05 getrunken. Dieses weißwein-farbende Cider hat eine ganz feine Kohlensäure. In der Nase deutliche Apfelnote. Am Gaumen ist es ein typisches Cider mit eher einfacher Säuregehalt. Schön und süffig!

Sample thanks to Fonefan: Poured a clear with a bubble head. Aroma is apple and cinnamon. Taste is spiced apples, cinnamon, nice sweetness like eating an apple pie.

Taste is sweetish, spices, baked apple, apple strudel, with alittle tartness. Slightly syrupy, light bodied, low carbonation, dry spiced finish. OK
