bottled at the brewpub. Hazy pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Light-bodied, wheaty and yeasty - supposedly dry-hopped with cascade, which is not detectable at all. Quite thin, like a diluted standard Weizen.

tap at the brewpub. Golden yellow, tall white head. Clean malty base, shy but good grassy hops with a shy herbal finish. Pleasant carbonation.

tap at the brewpub. Chestnut-brown colour, tall and creamy off-white head. Wheaty and yeasty, very shy fruity hints, shy caramel and an earthy hoppy finish. Good flavours are there, but quite timid.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy orange, big foamy head. Clove, bread, yeast, light citrus, wheat. Mild dryness, slightly sweet. Medium to light bodied, milky texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Not bad for a gluten-free beer.

Dobre, po prostu dobre bezalkoholowe i bezglutenowe piwo, a do tego jeszcze ekologiczna pszenica. Coz za Zdrowie mozzarta. Piwo naprawde ma prosta brzydka etykiete, ale za to pieknie wyglada w malej szklance Schofferhofer'a piana jest wielka niczym wodospad Niagara, bananowe smaki, tresciwosc i pijalnosc same atuty.

Bio Wheat Beer. Piwo jest jak na pszeniczniaka dobre, wyraziste i to bardzo, metniste srednio, problem z piana, jest mala do tego malo trwala, to zadkie z pszeniczniakami.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Odi. Cloudy golden. Cloudy orange, white head. Yeast, phenols, infection, a bit of olives, fruitiness, dry, a bit bitter, over-carbonated. Seems off.
