Bale breaker Pilsner 4.8% Paler gold than the Georgetown Pilsner, the aroma is softly floral with dusty grain notes. Medium bodied, crisp and dry. Some herbal notes, this is softer and much more subtle than the Georgetown. I find it more up my alley.

750 ml waxed. At only 20% cider, this is more beer than cider, but other than possibly American Strong Ale, it doesn't really fit in any other category. Aromas of whiskey, oak, caramel, apples, pumpkin pie spices [clove, nutmeg, cinnamon], vanilla, wet stone. Pours nearly clear amber-copper with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste has a moderate sweetness, some savoriness, some faint tartness and a moderately drying bitter finish. Tastes like it could have a Belgian golden ale or tripel-ish base. Different for sure. Pretty good.

Enjoyed on tap at home on New Years Eve, so there is plenty more where this came from, but figured I'd rate it now before I enjoy about 5 more pints of this tonight. Awesome brew! Thanks Eric for the keg hookup, as always. Pours a bright golden, soft cloudiness, active fizz head. Lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is dank, lots of grassy and tropical fruit notes. Creamier body, grassy hop flavor, smooth taste as an overall, but has a slight bitter, slight aggressive finish, as I enjoy in an IPA that even begins to lean towards a west coast style. I think I've missed the first two beers in this series, but this brew makes me regret that. Really nice brew from the brewery that makes me miss baseball season. Love this.

big frothy white head.sligtly hazy straw color. Slightly phenolic, citrus, super light body, lacking backbone. Modest bitterness. Just a bit too simple on several levels. Not bad per se, but would skip having again

16 oz. Aroma is skunky, citrus peel, passionfruit. Pours hazy golden with a one+ finger cream white head with excellent retention. Taste is lightly bitter, moderately sweet with a hint of tartness. Tastes a lot better than it smells. Not bad if you don’t stick your nose in the glass. By far the least impressive and most flawed beer in this series so far, though.

16 oz. Looks like RateBeer lost another entry. I know I rated this before, so I’ll have to go off memory and give scores only. I’ll wager it was hazy golden with tropical and citrusy aromas and flavors. I know I really liked it.
