Bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Hazy pale yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste both have a nice fruity sourness. A bit too sharp though for my liking.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy dull pale orange with a white head. Aroma showcases the fennel (not something I’ve ever wanted in a beer), with mint, aniseed and a little citrus. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Murky dark golden with short lasting white head. Sour grapes, fennel, light sour grains, mint, gooseberries. Quite sour with a light fennel sweetness. Medium bodied with a bit sparkly carbonation. Smells horrible but when drinking it’s quite OK.

From a 75 cl bottle at the WWWW RB tasting it is a cloudy golden color with a slight head. The aroma is that typical of a saison the taste is a bitter flavor of lemon with a strong finish
