Bottle @ home with jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Pours a murky reddish brown appearance with a thin tan head. Aroma smells like cola, ginger, caramel, pepper, and brown sugar. Somewhat tart. A little minty. Chewy bread. Twangy. Weird, kinda fun but not great. Really strange and unique.

Bottle in Winter Park with jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Hazy, red, violet-tinged appearance with a thin off white head. This smells delicious. Tons of wild cherries, light funk, pie, and some lactic acid. Light body. Pretty low sweetness. Low bitterness. Mild to medium tartness. The flavor is cherry in the forefront with some cheese, funk, oak, and strawberries. Finishes dry, funky, and fruity. It’s not perfect but this is a really great sour cherry beer.

Sample during Jackie O’s 10th Anniversary Extravaganza on 12/04/2015. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing. The aroma is mildly funky yeast and fruit along with some malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy yeast, fruit and malt. The finish is funky yeast and fruit. Decent overall.
