On tap at Dru Bru, pours a hazy amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of bready malt and lightly dry caramel. Flavour is pretty mellow, with toasted bread and a touch of dry caramel. Not a whole lot going on here, but it's clean and decently made.

On tap at Dru Bru, pours a clear bronze with a small with a small white head. Aroma brings piney hops, some light earthiness and dankness, and a dry biscuity malt. Flavour isn't the most aggressive for the style, with piney hope, some dankness and biscuity malt. Finishes with a relatively strong astringency. Solid IPA.

On tap at Dru Bru, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, not much else. Flavour follows suit, with biscuity malt and an astringent hoppiness on the finish - almost a tartness to it as well. Not my favourite from these guys.

Draft pour pint at Flatstick. Oily copper pout with a thin film head. Soft, slightly metallic hop aroma. Flavor is a slight bitterness up front, cream body, slight metallic finish. Pretty good overall, but for some reason, I expected this to be extraordinary. Enjoyed it.

Draft pour pint at The Collective. Clear, shiny golden pour with a patchy fizz head. Soft inviting hop aroma. Flavor is a clean balance of malt and hop content. Standard IPA feel to it, but overall a tasty, well balanced beer. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. I think 95% of my kolsch consumption has been for hydration purposes during my long days of running. Today is a perfect day for running and light beer to pair. Clear pale pour with an active fizz head. Clean grain aroma. High carb, near absent flavor. Went down like a bottle of water in the desert though. That’s gotta say something right?
