Medium copper with a white head. Nice mid-range malt and hop profile. Very drinkable with good refreshing qualities. Crisp clean finish with light lingering malt sweetness. Very good.

Draft pour pint at the Tipsy Cow. Pours a copper color with a thin patch head. Very subtle hop aroma, with a nutty, malt forward flavor. A little in the dusty dry side toward the finish. Decent brew, but nothing to crazy here. Just a good beer.

Sampler at brewpub (plus, I was able to convince them to sell me an 8oz growler of it, howwww cute). My fav of the bunch, an actual shwarz. Low hop as needed, lagered roast, no acidity, lagered, clean light fume and earth. Much more impressed by the German style stuff at this place.

Sampler at brewpub. Brewpub lightest ale standard for those faint at heart. Has a slight creamy/lactose character that was a fun addition.

Sampler at brewpub. The German stuff stood out compared to the American brews. For this beer, I can actually taste a difference. Hops are reduced in comparison to the the other stuff. There is some faint toffee. Has a sprinkling carbonation. Drying at the end with very low sweetness. Nice stuff.

Sampler at brewpub. Got your generic brewpub wit. Slick and estery notes dominate. Not banana overload but lots of sweet and slick esters with not much else.

Sampler at brewery. Probably my favorite of the hop-centric beers at the brewery only because there was a present malt character (very light brown bread) and clean, his reduced. Faint orange hops at the back end. 737315

Sampler at brewery. Something about this brewery and hop-centric beers. where I can barley tell the difference. This one is supposed to have caramel malts, really?

Sampler at brewery. I don’t believe it, IPA? Where is the 68 IBUs for a clean, well attenuated beer. Its almost a session and not IPA. Can an IPA be too clean?

Sampler at the brewpub. Clear light golden color. Tight head. A very light, very low bitterness beer. Its basically a golden ale with light American hops. Very lean and maybe overattenuated. Just blaise about the experience. I’d want better more bright hops as opposed to such a weak background character, even for a session IPA.
