Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

Light brown. Phenolic. It’s still got that estery, fruity. Loe carbonation. Some sugars, some barrel heat. This one’s a bit unfocused, quad-like. It’s decent but flawed. Aside from the heat, I’m not actually getting much barrel character.

16 oz can. Aroma is strong in coffee, very roasty, nutty. Pours opaque brown with a quickly collapsing beige head. Taste is lightly sweet with a nice coffee forward flavor. This is great.

Aromas and flavors are citrus with some malt and a little bit more sweet than bitter. Add in some malt and grain maybe some grass. Body is a touch thin and carbonation a bit soft. Drinkable but forgettable.

Aromas are bread, cereal, malt and a bit of hop. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with good carbonation and body. Finish is slightly bitter. Good example of the style.

Quite bitter, but also a bit grassy. Amber colour. Decent. A bit oniony, though, which I don't like.

Aromas are a blend of resin, citrus, MJ, dry grain and straw. Flavors are similar to nose and leans very slightly sweet with good carbonation and bitter to balance. Malt comes out a touch more. Much better than the version I had a year or two ago.

Dark brown. Super rich willett, toffee and dark sugars galore. Length for days, rolling alcohol, tannins, vanillins, dark fruit, sugars, bourbon, all that good shit. Fuck, this is amazing.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of onion, dankness, faint funk. Pours hazy golden with a one finger off-white head with good retention. Taste has a moderate building to high pithy bitterness
