Draft pour pint enjoyed at Flatstick Pub, Kirkland. A clean golden pour, thin oily active fizz head. Lots of grassy hops, biscuit grain, a slight citrus edge. Touches on being juicy for a sharp up front, more classic IPA. Lots of galaxy hop character. Flavorful, and everything I look for in a classic IPA. Love it.

On tap at Stoup, pours a hazy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright floral dry hops out front, with straw, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and refreshing, with floral dry hops, biscuity malt, and straw. Crisp and punchy. Good stuff.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, with tart notes, and pillowy wheat. Flavour is very vibrant, with tart notes, soft wheat, and gently yogurty lacto. Now this is a classic berliner with no shit in it. Excellent.

12 oz enjoyed at Stoup, Ballard. A golden yellow appearance, with a hazier presentation than all of their IPAs. Thin, oil fizz head. Straw grains and grassy notes on the nose, a gentle invitation. Smooth taste overall, slight grit grain, a resinous hop linger. Well put together brew here.
