Clean, earthy profile with a bit of grass as well as some dough malt underneath. Medium bodied. Classic, simple.

Draft pour at Stoup, Seattle. Rarely do I do this, but I have to for a shout out to the Untappd folks. This is NOT a Lambic. Now that that is done with. Cheers! Pours a shiny golde golden yellow color with very little head. Flavor is dry, intense bite to it. Flavorful lager. Strong impression throughout. Crazy beer for sure. I can’t tell if it’s really for me or not. Leaning towards.. Eh, I don’t know. Weird.

Draft pour at Stoup, Seattle. A hazy golden pour with a thin, oily head. An interesting take on the style here. Pilsner grain heavy aroma. Unique. Flavor is thick, and creamy, with a banana and herb constant. Sweet. Cool, minty toothpaste. Strange. A sipper for me.

Draft 7 oz pour at Toronado, Seattle, for their Rye Barrel event. A dark brown pour with a dark brown fizz head. Aroma is heavy on the rye, with a toasty background. A cool flavor with a chocolate malt. I feel like their are some festive spices here. Gingerbread maybe? Mixes well with the rye. Good barrel impression. Good flavors here. Nice BA imperial.

Bright amber, mellow...basically has a light body, easy going non-uric Citra character and chill pale malts.

Very dark brown. Chewy dried fruits, dark chocolate, has good balance but really this is a touch thin.
