Black pour with almost no head. Light but pleasing malty aroma. Malty body with roast chocolate and a bit of coffee. Lighter finish than you'd expect

Draft pour pint at Stoup happy hour. Really glad this style/yeast has stuck around my local. The beers have been unique and fun, so exception with this brew. A cloudy golden orange pour, tons of cream, mousse foam head. High carb. Orange and plenty of funk on the nose. Thick body, orange peel like bitter bite, funky flavor throughout. An overall smooth IPA. Extremely unique. Really enjoyed this

On cask at Brouwer's Cafe - Big Wood ‘18, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal, piney hops, and some biscuity malt. Flavour is a bit vegetal, with piney hops, and toasted biscuity malt. A bit too vegetal and herbal. Solid.

Enjoyed on cask at Brouwers. Splitting up the. If Wood tastes with this tasty brew. A clean golden pour. Tons of soap foam head. Grassy, slight onion hop nose. Flavor is exceptionally smooth, creamy. Nice brew for the cask pour. Touch of pine. Totally on board with this.

On tap at Stoup, pours a dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma reveals notes of vanilla, oats, and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, a touch of vanilla, and some toasted malt. Nicely balanced, but not all that authentic. Good.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank, with pot-like hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is wonderfully dank, with lots of piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Dank and piney. This is fantastic.

On tap at Stoup, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals bright citrus hops and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is assertive, with fresh piney hops, light citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Punchy, crisp and assertive on the finish. Excellent.

On tap at Stoup, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out mineraly notes, dank hops, and pine cones. Flavour is along the same lines, with mineraly notes, pine cones and bittering hops. This one isn't convincing me as much as the recent other ones I've had. It's okay.
