Tap at the brewery. Rather clear orange-golden color with small white head. Aroma is cat piss, oranges, grapefruit, resinous. Taste is the same, rather sweet. Medium carbonation, bitter finish, with a spicy catch in the back.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is mosaic, with tropical fruits and blueberries. Taste is slightly sweaty, bready, dank. Medium carbonation. Fun Mosaic PA, but there’s better ones.

Tap at the brewery. Golden color with white head. Aroma is grain soup, some vegetables. Taste is grainy, earthy, rather crisp. Cleaner than other Pilsners I’ve had here, but still not a proper Pilsner.

12 oz pour at Stoup. Pours a reddish copper color with a large bubbling head. Wood fronted aroma with some light dark fruit. Flavor is a dusty malt, mixed fruit, dry oak, bold, and not too sweet. Some candy sugar constant. Earthly late finish. Strange, but not bad.

Draft 5 oz pour at Stoup. Apple juice golden color pour with a thin head and heavy coated lacing. Surprisingly sweet malt fronted aroma. Flavor is a bit juicy, citrus like hops, and a sweet finish. An odd thick and sweet combo. Odd but still interesting. Decent IPA as an overall. UPDATE: Couple years later, I picked up a crowler of this. I'm a little disappointed that I would rate such a fine IPA on just a sample, which is unlike me to do. Either that, or they really nailed this recipe after a couple tweaks. This is fantastic. Wonderful juicy hop flavor. Very nice profile to it. Easy to drink a whole crowler of this borderline imperial in very little time.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is dank, grass, tropical fruit. Medium body, juicy hop, mango, melon, light grass, hides alcohol well, very nice.
