Draft pour at Stoup, celebrating Matt’s birthday. Cheers, my friend! Pours a hazy golden orange color with a patchy fizz head. Dank hop aroma. Flavor is sturdy hop bitter, with other notes masked behind it. Hoppy, almost vegetal finish. Not bad, but a miss for my usual IPA liking. Still enjoyed this for sure.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup, listed as Stoup Porter, but confirmed to be the same. Pours a near black with a crop circle cream foam head. Very nice roasted aroma with bold chocolate. Robust roasted malt up front and throughout. Chocolate background, and threatens to be a bit smokey. Pairs nicely with Julie’s chocolate chip cookies. Thanks! This is what I typically look for in a porter. Very nicely done.

Draft pour at Stoup. Clear pale golden color pour with a disappearing head. Belgian consistent aroma with the expected coriander note. Hints of white grape, spices, and belgian yeast. Minty cool finish. Fun try here. A wit that holds a solid presentation on its own, with no supporting acts. Pretty good overall.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup. Hazy, light golden pour with a consistent foam head and lacing. Soft, sweet fruit hopped aroma. Easy drinker here. A crusher like I think sessions should be. Cool flavor, with a soft, but enjoyable hop bitterness. Overall, a solid SIPA.

Sampled from the tap at Chuck’s Hop Shop. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of straw and earthy grains with light grass underlying. Flavor is full of earthy grains and musty straw with a touch of grass backing.

On tap at the source in Seattle-USA. Dark brown pour, brownish adhesive foam with medium retention. Nose: strong chocolate approach, spicy chocolate. Rich. Mouth: rich roast and bitter in a way. Easy despite its Abv. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pour at Stoup. Penny copper color with a thin fizz head. Rough, rich malt aroma. Flavor is odd malt, with an unexpected hop addition late. Could be worse, but this beer was just weird for me.

On tap at the source in Seattle-USA. Clear orange skin color, off-white foam a bit adhesive. Nose: balanced notes of citrus, elegant garlic, tropical too. Mouth: more cara sweet approach but not that disturbing, chewy sweet mealtimes, ripe fruitiness. Nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
