Draft pour at Stoup. Cloudy golden orange pour with an oily head and thick lacing. Lemongrass, and constant yeast character. Grassy finish, with an attempted tartness. A bit soapy too. Overall pretty good.

Draft pour at Stoup. Semi cloudy shiny golden pour with a quick fade head. Wet straw aroma. Flavor is mostly clean, straw character that overpowers the hop content. Dry, slightly bitter finish. Not bad

Sample at the tap room. Inky black color with a medium thick light beige head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Patchy lacing. The aroma consists of roast malt, yeast and chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of chocolate malt, earthy yeast and a touch of hops. The finish is dark malt and yeast. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the tap room. This beer pours brown-black with a medium foamy light tan head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium body with flavors of charred malt, bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a smoky malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tap room. Cloudy brownish-amber color with a medium foamy off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, hops and caramel. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and a bit of fruit. The finish is malty up front with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room. Clear dark golden color with a medium thin white-head that diminishes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops, and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, melon, and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Above average overall.
