On tap at Stoup, pours a clear copper golden with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops and light hop resins. Flavour is bold, with lots of piney hops, a little resins, and just enough biscuity malt. Piney hop finish. Very good.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup, Seattle. Golden orange pour with a thin film head. Grainy aroma. Straw, slight sour fruit. Flavor is odd, and off as an overall thought. Apple, odd vegetable hidden. Strange sour. Hard to describe, but I know this isn’t for me n

Tap at the brewery. Hazy orange color with hardly any head. Aroma is lacto, wheat, hoppy. Taste is the same, with an additional graininess. The second Motueka sour I have today, not convinced.
