Goudgeel bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en ietwat kruidig met iets van vanille en wat banaan. Heel fijn bier.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty and fruity, minimally floral and herbal, hoppy, as well as yeasty spicy aroma, notes of pear, apple, a touch of tangerine, dill, chamomile, brine. Taste is sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty, fruity, slightly grassy and minimally floral and herbal, hoppy, slightly yeasty spicy, notes of pear, apple, a touch of brine, overtones of dill, chamomile, white pepper. Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, quite some complexity, thereby absolutely drinkable - delectable.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso cereali scorza d’arancio coriandolo leggero banana e spezie, in bocca è fruttata coriandolo spezie agrumi, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte, amaro leggero, secca nel finale.
