Grainy and slightly biscuity, sweet-ish, pale malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, whiffs of honey. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly biscuity, pale malty and minimally phenolic, yeasty fruity, minimally grassy and fruity hoppy, hints of mirabelle, apricot, some yellow apple, a touch of mandarine, orange, honey, very weak muesli character, mild hop bitterness.
Dissloved sugar enriched, watery texture, rather indifferent palate, medium, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively light and drinkable, fairly fruity - nice.

Clouded deep brown with a decent beige head. Toasted malt, pedigree Belgian yeast, chocolate, dried dates & figs, balanced hop. Warming. Medium dry. Well-rounded. Dense. Long pleasant aftertaste. Nice.

Schon lange hatte ich keim richtiges belgisches 🇧🇪 Bier mehr. Umso mehr freute ich mich auf dieses Blanche 🤍. Dies ist zwar vom Brauereimoloch Hyghe, aber man vekommt ein feines, leichtes ☁️ Blanche, das angenehm auf der Zunge schmeichelt 👅 und dabei den Gewürznoten genug Raum gibt
Für den Sommer 🌞 wirklich eine tolle, aromatische Erfrischung.
