Medium brown pour, mild head, malts predominate with some spices tossed in there and dark fruits. Very enjoyable.

.75 l bottle. Not bad, nice looking gold w/lots of . Probably not enough overall taste though.

Bottle, bb 5/27. Amber with a cm of white head that lasts OK. Aroma of oranges, grain, dough, some spices and herbs. Pretty much how it tastes. Alcohol doesn't stick out much but there's not much of a snappy bitter finish either. But it's not bad.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grassy and floral hop aroma with estery yeast, herbal notes, herbal tea. Moderate bittersweetish flavour, bottle I tried lacked carbonation. Medium body.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. Vintage 2023, hop is Hallertauer-Mittelfrüh. ABV is 6.9%. Golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast and herbal hops. The flavour has the same elements, not too sweet, distinct hops.

Malt & bitter aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth & cloying.
Toffee, caramel, malt & demerara tastes with a tangy
citrussy finish.

Klare gelb orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hefiger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, hopfig mit Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Von Corsendonk hatte ich schon länger nicht, aber die bedruckten Flaschen sind nach wie vor ein Hingucker 👀.
Dies ist ein nicht zu bitteres, aber doch recht vollmundig malziges 🥞 Belgisches.
Nett zu trinken, wenn auch im Vergleich mit anderen Belgiern 🇧🇪 schon fast zu klassisch.

Bottle. Dark color. Great long lasting head with a lot of lace. Spicy, fruity taste. Aroma has a spicy smell.

In my point of view, it is an average dubbel, it could be more aromatic, side of malt, nuts, bread, some sugar, but it is a bit dry. 17.10.2018. Drinking it at Prélaz, it was our last days in our flat.
