Draft US Pint in a California Pizza Place near Disney in Anaheim at lunchtime on 11th April 2026. Light golden body, clean and clear, white head. Not a lot going on to be honest, cold pour, nothing aroma wise and a slight malt trace over any hop content that I could pick up. The beer was uninspiring and the food wasn't much better, not be going here again.

Bottle shared at the Hori csapatepito, 2018 vintage. Nose is cheese, brett, wood and heavy, overpowering oxidization. Taste is caramel, wood, oxidized notes, leather and earthy notes. Medium to full bodied with low acidity.

500 ml bottle into glass at brewery. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a fast disappearing head. Nose is funky funky yeast. Medium/light body. Tart and rustic, lingering finish of apple cider vinegar. Invigorating, certainly wakes up the taste buds!

On tap at brewery. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Zero carbonation. Faint grain nose. Patchy lacing. Full body, smooth texture. Sweet finish. Bit like a sweet flat pils.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light pine and grass with a bit of earthy grain supporting. Flavor has earthy pine and bread with a touch of grass backing.

12oz can pours a star bright yellow with some white head. Nose has lemon and orange, some sweat, straw. Flavor is well balanced, sweaty and salty base, lemon, oily hop. I don't know if I pick up Citra but there is clearly new world dank there too. Thin, oily finish

A golden DIPA with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light treacle, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dank resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A red copper lager with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with vinous notes, dark fruits, licorice notes, alcohol warmth, almost in barleywine Territory, very nice. On tap at brewery.
