Can. Bright clear amber beer, a decent bubbly pale tan head but it really doesn't last. Light palate, some dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Odd tasting brew! The blackcurrant tartness is loud and clear and, brings a mild acidic streak. The coffee and cacao nibs bring oddness. A kinda chemical thing but not quite that. Hard to pin down and to be frank, I didn't want to spend the time pulling it apart, just too odd. Tart finish. A brave sally out in to the unknown but for me, a failed experiment.

33cl can de et partagée avec Tderoeck - BB 10/08/2027.
Léger ambre, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant malté - pas mal de cara pâle, lége rpils, pointe épicée, infusion de thé noir, qcq éléments de résine avec une touche d'agrumes en retrait.
Palais sur un effet IPA old school - malt fwd tirant sur un agréable côté toasté - houblonné en support avec des pointes de résine et de pin tout ayant aussi qcq éléments épicés.

Canette trouvée aux Pays-Bas. Robe jaune pâle bien trouble, mousse fine et peu persistante. Nez dominé par un mélange de fruits exotiques et de pamplemousse. En bouche, l'attaque est vive, portée par une belle acidité d'agrumes. Les saveurs tropicales sont rapidement rejointes par des notes de pamplemousse et une amertume marquée évoquant la pelure d'agrumes. L'ensemble est intense, assez sec pour le style, avec une finale longue et résolument houblonnée. Une NEIPA expressive et réussie.

T: very sweet marshmallow, caramel, vanilla cream.
F: sweet pralines, some bitter 'flavoured coffee', warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Over-the-top for sure. Didn't really get the strawberry? Still dangerously drinkable at this ABV.
