Bottle @Ulfborg. clear golden, white head, sparkling. Nice funky apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour, light barn, a little apple pie. Nice dry finish.

28/9/2021. Bottle courtesy of minutemat. Pours clear deep golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of sweet stewed apple, caramel, syrup, touch of sulphur. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, quite lively carbonation. Quite tasty.

750ml wired cork bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Vintage 2016, bottle 14/350. Opened with a pop. Pale golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of straw, apple, bready. Taste is apple, fruity, tart, musty, funk, some skin and core, with citric acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic & light tannic finish. Quite drinkable..
