330ml bottle courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Orangey gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of fruity apple, caramel, stewed apple. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, with woody funk, orchardy & leathery hints, along with caramel notes and some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.

24/2/2021. Bottle as Sassy Cidre Rose from LowCostBeer.com. Pours clear dark pink with a small frothy lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, syrupy and appley, with a touch of berry. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness, touch salty. Moderate body, oily texture, quite fizzy. Picks up more sour to finish. Not bad, improved a lot on first impressions.

75cl bottle Sophie's Beer Store. Hazed deep gold, lasting ring of white foam. Aroma of caramelised stewed apple fruit, pleasantly fruity sweet. Taste continues with a nice fine effervescence, lovely stewed apple fruit, naturally sweet with dusty tannins producing a nice grip on the finish. Very good.

75cl bottle Sophie's Beer Store. Clear pink appearance, sweet red apple fruit on the nose, floral. Bright on the palate, with a breezy sweet character, nicely tart with good fleshy red apple prominence, slick mouthfeel and soft acidity. It is quite sweet, but slots nicely within the rose cider style.
