Determined by the desire to create a quality, hand-crafted, French product and by the aspiration to come back to the source / back to basics, they aimed at increasing the value of a decisively modern product, forgotten despite its numerous energetic and gustatory qualities.

Many thanks to Kira for sharing a bottle called Sassy Cidre, 5.2 % abv. Minimal head, no lacing, clear warm golden body. Dry and sweet aroma of apples. Mid-sweet apples to the taste buds. Smooth oily palate. Ends mid-sweet with a apple touch. Nice with the french food. (Shared with Kira and Per, Tromsø 18.07.2018).

This might be the same as Sassy L’Inimitable, but it is only labelled Sassy Cidre. From tap at La ruée vers l’orge, Paris, with BB 13.07.17. Clear golden. Some white head. Aroma and taste of Syringa Vulgaris, fresh apples, leather and sulphur. Complex. Very good. Long aftertaste.

Pours peachy pink. No mentionable head thnx to its inconsistency. Smell is fruity , less funk than their regular one. Taste is sharp, has a dry start, than some sugars. Mild fruityness. Toned down apple funk and skins. Instead more sharp sugars and a higher carbo. Prefered the regular.
