Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a dense and frothy white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty nose. Medium body, low carbonation, very soft mouthfeel, sweet fruit and heavy yeast with a little citrus. A little astringency in the finish. IPA?? More of a pale, strong Belgian Ale. 131011

recommend by Simon at La Cave le Bulles, Paris, October 3rd, 2011. Gold color and tall head that lasts and laces the glass. Well carbonated. lightly sweet, Belgian yeast character. Flavor has some clove, alcohol, sugar, but overall light and smooth, easy to drink tripel.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Tasting by fiulijn ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, sweet caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy and yeasty, plastic notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty coffee, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110916]

07/05 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks for sharing! It poured pale yellow hazy body with small head and some floating particles inside. Aromatic, but more sweet than harsh, fruity, especially peachy. Flavor is sweet, yeasty and a bit herbal hoppy. Elderflower and honey make it quite cloying. Fine long sweetish finish, very little citrus and herbal bitterness from hops. Too sweet for my taste, though I can appreciate this brew.

Bottle from Village de la bière Strasbourg. Hazy golden, mid-sized white head, quite hoppy aroma. Full-bodied, malty base, rather dry palate, herbal hops in the lingering finish – bitter-sweet character.
