Appearance - golden with a light haze. Thin white head.
Nose - banana and juicy apple.
Taste - mainly banana. Some citrus zest at the back.
Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy texture and a dryish finish.
Overall - bit of yeast character dominant here.

Bottled, at TEJA-tasting Hazy yellow, small head Citric nose with mirabelles and grass. Citric with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Raisins and citric acid. Seriously tart with some prunes, apricot and citric acid. Mid bitter finish.

Draught @ Pays Flamand, Merville. Pours a hazed yellow, white head. Aroma brings a fruity inflection to a sweet triple character. Flavour profile produces spicy moments with an assortment of tropical notes, medium to full bodied with a gentle bitter close. Quite decent.
