Level 42 Tasting. Thanks to Leighton. A very light haze on this paleish gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Thin pale malts. Light floralness turning mildly bitter. Whisper of citrus. Light semi dry finish. Mild citric peel bitter linger.

Can, thanks to Toastedpuppy. Pours slightly cloudy dark orange with large creamy whitish head, sharp coffee beans aroma, high carbonation, creamy mocha taste with coffee beans flavor, smooth and thick body, long sweet mocha finish. This is like drinking liquid Nutella!

Can thanks to Toastedpuppy. Clear copper red with small creamy beige head, caramel-nutmeg aroma, low carbonation, spicy (ginger, nutmeg, cloves) caramel taste, smooth thick body, long spicy finish. A real winter warmer, gave me a very nice warmth inside!

Can thanks to Leighton. It pours lightly hazy yellow with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, pine needles, grassy, green, white bread and cracker. The taste is soft, bitter, grassy, white bread, cracker, flour, straw, cereal and pine needles with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well - rounded and very quaffable. A rather nice lager bier.

Can split at the level 42 tasting, thanks to Leighton, 16/02/16. Very lightly hazed yellow golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is lemon drizzle, straw, floral notes, tangerine, sprucey wood. Taste comprises juicy hop strokes, grain, crackers, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop whisper. Solid ... but pale lager me thinks not !!

Can shared in London - big thanks to Sander. Pours clear yellow with a light, creamy white head. The nose has light lemon peel, grapefruit, hay, pine. Light sweet flavor with dry biscuits, light bitter grass, pine, pithy grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, nice dry biscuits, light bitter grass, hay. Drinks real good.
