Blik gedeeld door Roelzie. Geprobeerd met Mimi, Rik, Tessa en Guus. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een dun beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout en koffie. De smaak is gebrand moutig, koffie en fruitig.

Clear orange blond eer, big aery irregular off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very fruity, lots of tropical fruits, white grapes, a little dank, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: mango, tropical fruits, juicy, good bitterness, sweet. Aftertaste: bitter, somewhat earthy, fruity, slightly sweet, mango.

0.33 l can from 'Drankgigant.nl', best before November 2026. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, orange peel, coriander and vanilla. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity taste of banana, clove, pear, coriander, orange peel and some vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, grains, orange peel, some peach and hints of clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral taste of lots of clove, nutmeg, banana, grains, orange peel and some honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry, a bit peppery finish. Medium to full body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice spicy wheat beer, moreish stuff. Remarkable how much taste and aroma differ.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Roasty and fruity/hoppy with coffee, orange, some dark chocolate, roasted malt, touch of grapefruit. Nicely bitter, light sweetish, medium body. Almost a Black IPA.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Hoppy and malty with caramel, pine resin, malt, dried fruit, hint of grapefruit. Strong bittersweet flavour, resinous hop finish. Medium plus body. Good American style BW, nice hop-malt balance.

Roasted malts, cocoa, dark chocolate, booze, wood, oat biscuits and some molasses. Lasting finish. Quite delicious. 250415
