Donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is heel licht zuur wat heel vreemd is voor dit soort bier, normaal verwacht ik een wat zoete warme smaak. Verder is er iets van sinaasappel en iets wat lijkt op asperges te bespeuren. Is er soms iets mis met mijn fles? Nee dit is absoluut niet wat ik van een Quadrupel verwacht. Is nog net niet slecht genoeg om door de gootsteen te gooien maar de gedachte kwam wel even op.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter met duidelijk iets van chocolade, wat karamel en een beetje koffie.

Donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is fruitig en heel licht zuur met iets van citrus, appel en wat honing. Matige tripel.

Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of spices, caramel, brown sugar. Taste is sweet and herbal. Bitter, finish. Lots of winter spices.

Bottle shared, black beer, small head. Aroma is chocolate, roast, wood, rum, vanilla. Taste is the same, roast, bitter, chocolate, coffee, rum. Very nice

33cl Fles van Vonk. Al een oudje. Donker roodbruine kleur, beige kraag. Zoet, donker fruit, hint van rum, rozijntjes, typische Berging-gist die niet bepaald lekker is, wat prut, zoet, weinig diepgang. Medium body. OK.
