We brew both classic and contemporary style beers in a modern brewery, and our beers are available in cask, keg and bottle in pubs, bars, restaurants and other venues across the North West.
We have a custom built modern brewery, and have combined this with a traditional local yeast (revived after 50 years retirement), the finest ingredients and years of experience creating internationally renowned beers, to brew what we believe to be Cheshire’s finest beers.
Our brewery has been specifically designed to enable us to brew consistently good beer, we believe each and every pint we sell needs to be as good as the last one. We like to think this is what sets up apart from other small brewers, and hope that you will appreciate our efforts.

Stockport Beet Festival 2016. Very dark clear red coloured ale. It’s nuttiness dominates, but is slightly thin in its texture. It’s a little milder in its nose, but easy-drinking and appealing in the main.

20th February 2015 Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts, a little milky sweetness. Somewhat aged tasting tangy hops, a trace of spicy orange, but overall mildly woody. Light finish. Okay but feels pretty tired. 2.9

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, quite sweet. Nice smooth floral citrus. A quite well rounded beer that goes down easy.

Cask @ Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Amber coloured with a small head. Malty ale, although the rye is flavoursome too, with a very small sweetness in its aroma. Light enough tasting to be sessionable, but not weak tasting.
