Established in 2010
We brew both classic and contemporary style beers in a modern brewery, and our beers are available in cask, keg and bottle in pubs, bars, restaurants and other venues across the North West.
We have a custom built modern brewery, and have combined this with a traditional local yeast (revived after 50 years retirement), the finest ingredients and years of experience creating internationally renowned beers, to brew what we believe to be Cheshire’s finest beers.
Our brewery has been specifically designed to enable us to brew consistently good beer, we believe each and every pint we sell needs to be as good as the last one. We like to think this is what sets up apart from other small brewers, and hope that you will appreciate our efforts.

500ml bottle; BBE Nov 18. Poured into a large glass tankard at home on 21st Aug 18. Very dark body, in fact it's black, with a deep red hue around the edges, the head a tanned foaming blanket of smooth bubbles. The nose is half malty, half red berries, the taste similar in make up, the malts giving a slight chocolate leaning to the smooth body feel, nice.

500ml bottle from Booth's supermarket in Knutsford; shared with my wife during a random tasting session at home on 29th June 2018. Light golden body, white head. Mild citrus notes in both the hoppy nose and taste, nice blend with a good malty backbone for the hops to play along.
