Description
Tatton Brewery is a family-run brewery in Knutsford in the heart of Cheshire, just a stone’s throw from Tatton Park. In 2024 the brewery was purchased by Watsum Brewery.

We brew both classic and contemporary style beers in a modern brewery, and our beers are available in cask, keg and bottle in pubs, bars, restaurants and other venues across the North West.

Fra cask på GBBF aug-19: klar kobbergylden med ok skum. Brød, karamell, barskog, urter og grapefrukt. Easy and pleasant drinking.

ABV: 6.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, cookie, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, wood - hop bitter, sweet malt, cookie - biscuit malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190807]

ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, peach, fruit, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190806]

Many thanks to simontomlinson for this bottle. Mild neutral beginning. Quite watrey with a malty basis. No real bitterness, grain there in hints, lots of water - below are some hidden malts and dry grain. Sad somehow.

Black with red hue and thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of bittersweet roasted malts and light chocolate. Rich and full bodied.
