Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong honey, yeast, floral. Medium mouth, yeast, honey, light citrus, good.

Bottle shared during RBWG 2016. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has some Belgian yeast, light dough. Light sweet flavor with some husky bitterness, dry dough, yeast. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish, some further doughy bread, light honey, husky grains. So so.

Bottle in Winter Park with jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. The aroma has some wheat, blood oranges, pepper, flowers, spices, and maybe even a hint of corn. Carbonation is especially high. Medium to medium thin body. Fairly low sweetness, surprisingly. Low bitterness. Some herbal and spicy notes to go along with light banana, lemon, candy / bubblegum. Pretty clean finish with some flowers, pepper, and light sweetness. Booze isn’t readily apparent. This Tripel avoids all the typical mistakes of an American version. It’s not overly sweet, not overly phenolic, and not overly spiced. Unfortunately, the flavor isn’t that inspiring. Solid but unremarkable in the end.

Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen for sending! Pours a reddish brown appearance with a thin brown head. Aroma has cola, burnt sugar, caramel, chocolate, and sweet candy. Not as a sweet as expected - moderate to moderate high sweetness. Some woody / herbal notes. Pretty low bitterness. A little syrupy. Ok. Nothing special.

Sample at Thirsty Monk. The beer is a hazy orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and yeast. Light to medium body with flavors of citrus, earthy hops and yeast. The finish is fruity hops and yeast. Decent overall.
