Very pale yellow color. Light aroma of honey, then followed by delicate notes of perfume, flowers, eucalyptus, fruit pie. Semi-dry mouthfeel, with a mineral presence; light and plain mead flavor, with notes of cookies, very light touch of spices and vanilla; the acidity seems to be quite low; in the final there is a pleasant alcohol warmth.
Elegant.

Hazy golden color. Deep aroma, some honey, wax, light berries. Dry mouthfeel, but still quite smooth; a bit vinous, with light acidity, drier in the end, and some astringency; not enough flavorful.

Pale yellow color. Very strange aroma, almost meaty, and a bit herbal; wet forest musk. Very dry mouthfeel, with an almost repulsive herbal profile, combined with a feeling of rotting flesh; moderate astringency in the final.
This one ended up very weird.

Very pale blond color. Mellow aroma, delicate, some rapeseed honey. Dry mouthfeel with traces of limetree (tiglio), light ending bitterness. A bit breadish.

The yellow color is very pale. The aroma is delicate and elegant: honey, peach, light fir; very fresh. The mouthfeel is extremely dry; there is some similarity with a dry Pinot Gris, also some bread note, very light white pepper, and it ends with an evident mineral trait.
Although not in my chords, it’s correctly brewed and it pairs well with food.

Bottle thanks to Nisse666! Sampled on September 1, 2012Marked 2010Honey, slight bit acidic, floral, subtle, apple, berry scent. Clear pear color, no head. Sweet, honey, sugary, alcohol taste. A bit spritzy mouthfeel. Long pear fruity aftertaste. Low bitterness. Feels well attenuated.

Bottle courtesy of Nisse666. Pours clear extremely pale golden with no head. Smell is sweet and floral with honey, clovers, grass, alcohol, white grapes, dandelions and other summer flowers. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny sour, floral and herbal with white grapes, wood, freshly cut grass, roses, dandelions, clovers, dry soil and honey. Mouthfeel is clean, round, vinous and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and tiny sour with roses, dandelions, clovers, grapes, grass and honey. Bottle 750ml. @ PBF2012.Clear light to moderate yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, tart, tart berry notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long to average duration, tart, buckthorn, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120727]
