The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is farmhouseness and citrus. Taste is citrusy and kind of sweet. Body is very creamy and velvety. A pretty nice saison. More creamy than I would probably like but still nice and refreshing.

Draft at Pony Bar. Murky yellowish gold with average head and lace. Peppery spice and yeast. Rye bread. Lemon. Some light pine notes as will. Pretty tasty. A little overall fizzy, but otherwise a nice mouthfeel.

Draft at the brewery, 4/10/16. Golden orange. Fairly fruity aroma and flavor with a bitter close. Dangerous in that is drinks fairly light and clean and feels like something you could session. 7.4% was a surprise for sure.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours dark copper with off white head. Aroma is spelt, sugary malts, and some veritable fruitiness... Maybe prunes or something. Taste is sweet. Body is chewy. Very spelty.
