Level 42 Bottleshare and no Mark King in sight. Big thanks to Leighton for another can of hoppy goodness. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is softish, fairly dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Cooling pine into mild pineapple. Moderately spicy tropical fruits and then a piney spicy pineapple finish, Very nice indeed.

Can thanks to Leighton at level 42. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, apricot, peachy, nectarine, bready, green, grassy, spring onion and brioche. The taste is smooth, dry, bitter, crisp, juicy, grassy, dank, spring onion, straw, pissy, orange peel and light alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Drinks nice. Might decent gear.

Can shared in London - many thanks to Jow. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds some tangerine, pine, dry pale malts. Medium sweet flavour with nice rindy citrus, pithy grapefruit, light pale bread, moderate piney bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with a little resin and warmth, more pith, rind, light tropical notes. Really solid overall.

Keg at Albion - NYC. Pours deep black-brown with a nice, creamy beige head. Good roast in the nose, cocoa for sure. Medium sweet flavour with a little ashy roast, more baking cocoa, old leather. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Great balance in the finish, with light ash, further cocoa, rich dark chocolate. Excellent stout.

Can at home. I was quite impressed with EC2 so grabbed up new batch. Hazy dusty orange. Nose is nice citrus candy and florals. Tastes of melon, candy, mango, citrus, floral and wet wood. Puffy mouthfeel. Semi sweet light bitters. Lovely.
