Sample at the cidery. Poured a vibrant, bright cloudy red color, small off-white head. Aroma was nice berry, light tart apple character. Flavor was tart raspberry, apple tartness, will go well at Thanksgiving I think.

Sample at the cidery. Will change rating when consuming the bottle I purchased if rating changes. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a pretty still head after initial foamy head subsides. Aroma is delicious sweet pepper skin and fruit notes with an underlying heat. Flavor was nice pepper burn, just hot enough without being too hot. Delicious for those who like something a bit spicy.

Pretty interesting, with lots of citrus here. Pretty spur for a mead. Pours golden with OK head and lacing. Honey and a touch of apple. Bottle.

5oz pour at Torst. Pours a hazy pale greenish yellow with zero head. Nose has nice tart apple character, hints of white grape, a little fresh whipped butter, some mild wood. Flavor is sweeter than I would think, juicy, apples obviously but some pear too, white grape, a little grassy, some butter too. Crisp finish.

Draft pour at Millstone’s First Annual Apple Harvest. Aroma was light tart apples. Tart and earthy notes in this one, light wood. Nice acidic notes makes this pretty interesting, alcohol comes through a bit more in this one, despite it only being 8%.
