In Bottle sat outside at Bier Laden, Berlin, sat out in the little area of grass/Biergarten 😃 Friday 6th August 2021, lovely day Pours hazy gold with a white head, a super nice Helles a little more bitterness than expected but the usual characteristics are here, soft moutheel, a really nice place and a super nice Helles.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy amber beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet honey, caramel. Taste of sweet caramelized malt, honey, boring.

Berliner Jungs Unser Helles, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Dunkles Goldgelb, leicht trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase weiches, zart brotiges und schwach karamelliges helles Malz, Hefe und feine herbale Hopfung mit etwas Orangenschale. - Antrunk weich und füllig brotig-hellmalzig mit Karamelsüße und aromatischer orangenfruchtig-hopfenwürziger Hopfung, die frischer und etwas kesser ausfällt als bei einem Industriebier, aber rund bleibt. Leicht hefig-ranzig. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang zunehmend leerer werdende Hopfenherbe. - Ein Bier ohne besondere Ansprüche, kaum besser als ein simples Gasthausbrauereien-Produkt, immerhin süffig und trinkbar. Wäre ohne die ranzige Hefe-Note deutlich besser. (16.3.2021.)
