Bottle @ home, right after Haandbryggeriet’s Fyr og Flamme. Amber color, not much head. Aroma’s of grain/hay, malty sweetness & fruit. Sweet & bitter flavor. Medium bodied. Dry, bitter finish. Haand’s was a bit more balanced, but this was still very much worth trying.

33 cl Bottle. Vertical tasting with ’regular’ Emelisse Triple IPA. Orange to amber color, slightly darker than the regular. Quickly disappearing white head. Aroma’s: resin, (alcoholic) sweet, fruity (grapefruit, peach), bit citrus. Flavor: fairly bitter, alcoholic sweet. Finishes more bitter than the regular, but less dry. Both nice, but not much difference, can’ t say which one I prefer.

At a tasting, thanks YK23, very murky red colour, aroma of cherries, wood and nuts, very strong malty flavour with pronounced but not obtrusive alcoholic presence, some hints of charred wood in the back. strong and not to complex, but still quite good.
