Tap (PINT BBF 09): Amber coloured with ruby sparks, big stable beige head with a good lace; caramelly-combined with a sourish fruitiness (beginning of an infection); light (!) to medium bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; lingering - dryish - bitter-sweet caramelly finish. Not bad (without an infection)........

On bottle at Borefts BF 09. All coffee but not much beer. Way too much coffee. Lovely though for a coffee head but too much coffee to be balanced. re rate Bottle at Reading BF 2016. great coffee and chocolate

Bottle that I picked up at Bierkoning (think?) Amsterdam, October 2009, consumed 13-11-09 Pours hazy amber with a clingy filmy head, it was large and foamy but this soon disappeared. Sharp hop juice in mouth, god bitter bite, great pithy grapefruit, sharp but tempered with a sweeter finish, lovely stuff. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov15 3.5

On draught (PINT BBF 09): Deep golden, hazy, small lacy white head; yeast, hops, honey and some grains in the astonishingly dry nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; dry lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Pleasant, like a good souped-up Pils.......
