En copa pilsen, color oro claro, limpio y transparente, espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma a granos de cereal y malta. En boca es ligera mas no acuosa, a pesar de su apariencia tiene cierto cuerpo, moderadamente amarga, con notas de malta, pan y hierba. Sabrosa, refrescante y disfrutable.

En vaso weissen, color ámbar anaranjado, turbia, espuma blanco hueso de buena retención. Se percibe tanto en nariz como en boca los matices típicos del estilo, pan de trigo, cereal, levadura, especias (pimienta, clavo), plátano, cítricos, con un nivel de armonía, profundidad, equilibrio y complejidad ligeramente por encima de la media. Un excelente ejemplo de una auténtica cerveza de trigo alemana. Buenísima

Pour is a clear tan with a large white head. Aroma is some toasted malt with sweet caramel. Flavor is about the same. Some toasted malt and a sweet caramel finish. A bit thin but workable. One of those beers where I can believe I have not rated yet.

Amber color with white head. Malt, honey, spices aromas. Light sweetness and minor sourness. Bit dry texture, average body and fruity finish

Orange golden color with big frothy foam. Flower, banana, vanila, clove aromas. Bit sweet, creamy texture , average to full body.

(Draught at Maximilians, Berlin, 19 Apr 2023) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of caramel, nuts, dark bread, toast and prunes. Malty, roasted taste with caramel, nuts, prunes, dried fruit, toast and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Solid and well made dunkel. Very nice.

Hazy gold body small foamy white head. Floral estery aroma. Floral estery flav. Med bod mod carb. 5/2/5/2/10 2.4

Wooden Keg @ Der Pschorr, Munich. Pours clear yellow Golden with a White head. Very grainy nose and flavor. Smooth and soft with hardly any carbonation. A touch papery grainy. Clean yet with an industrial feel to it. A bit underwhelming.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Grainy. Taste: Grainy, hints of yeast, malty, hoppy backbone. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness. Ok.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange golden to amber, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, banana, wheat malt. Taste: Wheat malt, yeasty notes, subtle banana. Very smooth mouthfeel. Moderate sweet, very light bitterness. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Ok hefe weizen.
