Des arômes de pain fraichement sorti du four avec de légers esters et de très légers accents herbacés. Liquide doré et limpide couvert d’une mousse épaisse, crémeuse et persistante. Assez maltée et sucrée en bouche avec des accents de pain et une présence assez marquée de houblons épicés. Les malts sont subtilement miellés et s’accompagnent d’esters rappelant les cerises confites. L’amertume est douce et laisse amplement la place aux accents maltés en finale. Le diacétyle est un peu trop imposant à mon goût. Malgré qu’elle soit un exemple du style, elle demeure bien ordinaire à mon goût. O:5.29 V:3.64 G:6.29 C:3.07 G:12.15 T:30.44

Träfat på Viktualienmarkt München. Gyllene med ett snyggt skum. Överraskande mycket kolsyra. Ganska besk, stor kropp och lite träiga tanniner.

Amber, clear with a minimal white head. Aroma of malt, hay and hop aroma. Medium bitter with a malt, grass and caramel finish.

Poured from 500mL can. Clear yellow gold with full white head. Fairly mild bready malt with feint grass hops. Clean, seems overly clean for being unfiltered, but decent.

500ml can shared by Ewan whilst watching Tiny Leaves at St Alkmund's Church, Shrewsbury. Hazed pale gold, large white head. Good floral weiss aroma, continuing to taste with a pleasant sipability adding to the ethereal warmth of the music.

0,33l on tap @ Graal. Pours hazy brown with a low creamy off-white head. Aroma is toasty nutty malts. Flavor is toasted nutty malts, molasses, hops. Very nice indeed.

Hazy amber beer, white head. Very light malty smell. Flavour has malt, a bit of hop, a decent sweetness. Very pleasant.
