"Simsseer Untiefe", Flasche vom Getränkemarkt Ehrenreich, LL. - Dunkelrotbraun, leicht trüb. - In der Nase reiches Münchner Malz, Karamel, verhaltene aber mächtige, leicht sirupartige Süße, dezente dunkle Frucht, tief orangenbittere und herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk reich und tief dunkelmalzig mit Kakao, deutlicher alkoholischer Note, gedämpfter Sirupsüße, gestützt von robuster herbaler Hopfung, die in zähem Ringkampf mit der schon fast klebrigen Süße liegt. Milder rezent, vollmundig, leicht schnapsig. Im Abgang feine Hopfenherbe. - Schöner Bock, der Bitterkakao, Karamelsüße und aromatische Hopfung in spannungsreichem Miteinander vereint, leider etwas zu deutlich alkoholisch. (22.4.2025.)

Hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Faint, lemony aroma with a touch of bread. Taste is mildly sweet and a touch tart. There’s even a faint grainy bitterness underneath. Everything faint, but balanced at least, and refreshing. Body to the light side of medium, decent chewiness. Nothing particularly reminiscent of a Weizen here. Goes down easy though.

Cloudy, pale gold with a frothy, white head. Given the style, a quite pleasant aroma: floral with a dash of pineapple. Taste is faint bitter and fruity sweetness underneath. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, extremely refreshing. Good.
