Bottle. "Premium doppelbock", gold label version. One of the darker doppelbocks I’ve tried. Small head. Aroma fruitcake, usual doppelbock smell. Taste malty, raisin, sweet up fruit, bitter finish.

(Green) bottle with a screw off top (gives confidence in quality doesn't it...). Golden colour with a small white head. So far so good. Aroma is grainy, herbal, cardboard and some mild earth. Flavour is herbal, cardboardy and some mild grainy tones with a bit strange sweetish tones. Ended up pretty much as bulky as I expected...

Straight from the PET growler. Aroma and taste: grain, crackers, grassy and herbaceous hop. Light sweet, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: pretty basic.

330ml bottle. Clear, orange golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Weak, minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty aroma, a light bready touch (grey bread), very light, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is watery, clean, minimally bready and strawy, pale malty, subtle sweetness, a very light touch of grey bread, mildly bitter, minimally grassy hoppy overtones with a mineral touch. Watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Flawless, cautious, clean, light and watery - OK.

Bischoff Craft Falkensteiner Dry Hopped Wheat, DHW, Fläschchen aus dem Kalea Craft Beer Advent Calender 2021. - Helles Goldbraun, trüb; sehr wenig Schaum. - In der Nase milde, gediegen exotisch-zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, Mango und milde Orangenschale über üppiger Weizenmalzsüße, die an einen Weizenbock denken läßt. - Antrunk schlank und spritzig mit Mangopüree und zu prominenter Weizensüße, gegen die eine eher matte Hopfung nicht ankommt - das schmeckt eher wie Tropifrutti von Haribo, gewürzt mit etwas Nelke. Milder rezent. Auch im Abgang nur matt hopfenaromatisch mit milder stumpfer Bittere. - Überzeugt mich nicht. (13.1.2022.)

Geht als heller Weizenbock durch. 7,2 % Alkohol und unbekannte Stammwürze. Gekochte, frische und vergorene Früchte, sämige Getreidenoten und ein Hauch von Likör. Den hohen Alkoholgehalt schmeckt man nicht zu stark raus. Schöne Schwere, weich.
