On tap @ CBM Mainz 2018. Nice sessionable Bock. Grainy caramel, slightly sweetish. Toffee and honey there, hints of grain with not too much sweetness. Nice.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grainy pale malt, soft sweet malt. Taste of moderat sweet pale malt, some Honey and grains.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A hazy yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of herbs, cinnamon, Lebkuchen, wheat. Taste of sweet lebuchen, herbs, wheat and yeast.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A clear pale yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grassy and dry floral hops, hay. Taste of dry grassy bitter hops, hay, hints of citrus. Mild bitterness. Okay.

24-11-18 // taster at 4. CraftBeerMesse Mainz. Eulchen Weißbier gestopft mit diversen Geüwrzen anstatt mit Simcoehopfen. Sehr intensive Gewürznase diverser weihnachtlicher Gewürze. Zimt und Nelke stark. Im Geschmack ein typischer hefiger Weizenbiergeschmack als Basis und dann überlagert mit diversen Gewürznoten. Sehr interressant.

On tap @ CBM Mainz 2018. Herbal spicy beginning. Intense load of christmas-spices, fruity fresh and refreshing with a light and fruity spicy body. Very nice.

From bottle. Dark copper color with beige head. Malty aroma, light roasted, caramel, nutty, fruity, some chocolate notes, hoppy notes. Sweet and bitter like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
