Vom Faß im Brauhaus am Markt, Schweinfurt. - Goldgelb, klar. - Sehr matte Nase, in der kaum Hopfen erkennbar ist. - Schmeckt eigenartig künstlich süß (Dosenmais?), dazu kommen Anflüge von Zahnkrem und Chlor (?), die wahrscheinlich Hopfen darstellen sollen. Dumpf-herber, unaromatischer Nachtrunk. - Wozu viele Worte machen: ein ungewöhnlich mieses „Pilsner“.

Vom Faß im Brauhaus am Markt, Schweinfurt. - Goldgelb, nur leicht trüb; schneeweißer Schaum. - Geruch mild grasig-scharf hopfig mit unschönen Fehltönen vom Hopfenextrakt. - Antrunk frisch und nur mild gehopft, schwach grasig. Betonte helle Malzsüße, etwas hefig. Mild rezent, recht dünner Körper. Auch im Abgang ohne kräftigere Hopfenaromen, das Bier bleibt blaß und nur mild bitter. Ausreichend herber aber wenig hopfenaromatischer, holprig-dumpfer Nachtrunk. - Ziemlich billig gehopftes Zwickel. Noch trinkbar aber kein echter Genuß.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity yeasty wheat malty spicy aroma.

Pours a golden color. Soft grassy hoparoma. Thinnish. Moderate grassy hopbitter flavor. Hints of malt. Quite drinkable.

Pours reddish amber, medium head. Aroma is malt, hoppy. Flavor is grasses and a bit minerally on the finish.

Good and decent looking 0,33 l bottle. Murky pale yellow in the glass. Small one finger head. Yeast, banana and little bit winery in the nose. Starts herb dry yeasty, some citrus fruit and apple, low banana. Wheat in the aftertaste, low bitterness with fruit. Not that typical Weissbier standard taste.

Bottle @ Getranke Hoffmann, Harrislee. Pours clear golden with an egg white head. Grass, straw and a touch of fruit and bread. Dry and bitter. Drinkable.
