It’s actually a dunkel in taste. But a bit sweet yet balanced by a good roast. But it’s a very good clean drinkable beer. Not a porter. Simmel Dresden (3.5) Great beer, not a porter.

Strong malty lager. Clean, but a bit boozy, nice amber malt forward beer. Simmel dresden. (3.6 june 2020) I stand by everything, especially the booziness

Dunkler, trocken röstiger Beginn. Mittelstarke Malzigkeit, moderat herb, nicht intensiv genug, schmeckt wie ein normales Dunkel. Herb-malziger Abgang, bitterer werdend. Mittellanger Nachgeschmack. 10/9/9/9/10/9

Piana srednia ale znika szybko, barwa jasnego bursztynu leciusenko mgliste.W aromacie poczatkowo sie nie czuje slodu whisky, dosc malo wyrazne pod tym wzgledem jest. Ale juz w smaku dominuje siarkowosc i takie palone drewno w kominku lub wegiel drzewny. W pierwszych smakach to sie czuje, ale specjalnie ten posmak nie pozostaje dlugo, ciut wyczuwalny w tym przypadku alkohol

Santa Little Helper!. Special Thanks to Erzengel. Piwo ma autentycznie zapach whisky, tej dymnej rzecz jasna, barwa klarowna brazowo-czerwona z przeswitem czerwonym niczym swiatlo stop na skrzyzowaniu ulic. Piana srednia ale malo trwala, w smaku slody whisky, troche krzepkosci i karmelu.
