The Wolferstetter / Huber family preserves the almost 500 year brewing tradition of our hometown in the beautiful Danube valley. Bottle. Color: Clear copper, beige head. Lighter in color than most dark bockbier I've seen. Aroma: Caramel, malt, sirupy. Taste: Caramel, dark malt, some dried fruit, bit sirupy and slkghtly boozy. Medium to over medium body, just below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Ok Bock.

0.5l bottle. Hazy brownish orange body with a yolk head. Aroma and taste of cocoa, banana, orange zest and a tiny bit of sourdough. Ok one.

Bottle picked up from Riba Getränkemarkt, Kirchberg im Wald and consumed at home Sunday 30th October 2022 listening to Suede - Autofiction. Pours clear gold, actually there might just be a tiny bit of haze, there is a good sized white head. Pleasant softness in the mouth, a good maltiness, easy drinking uncomplicated beer, nice sweet ripe fruitiness, good example of the style.

Bottle picked up locally and consumed sat outside Frank at Campingplatz Tröpplkeller, Zwiesel Friday 14th October 2022. Pours murky brown with a large off white head. This is leaning towards the thin and watery side, ok there is a little wheatiness on the nose but otherwise it's not doing an awful lot for me, tangy and just ok.
