Description
The brewery Fuglsang can rightly call itself Denmark's oldest family-owned brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865, and today it is some of his great-grandchildren who, with respect for the craft and the raw materials, produce solid South Jutland beer.
The family also runs its own export malt factory, which is Denmark's largest and one of the few independents in Europe - it is the one that supplies a large part of the good malt to Fuglsang's beer.

33 cL can. Pours slight orange with a crispy head leaving some lacework. Corn and a slight note of that classic fuglsang barnyard yeast aroma. Sweet corn flavour with a mild bitterness towards the finish. Decent.

From a second trade with faroeviking, thanks Jacob.
Canned(500ml). –Clear amber coloured, medium sized white head, dusty vegetable nose. Sweet malty taste with nutty and caramel notes. Moderate bitter watery finish. Nice can. To be honest, I’ve expected much more.

Can received in a trade with faroeviking, shared with ozujsko. Poured a medium to big white head that went away slowly. Dark amber-gold colour. Nose... nuts, alcohol (eh?), malt. The taste is watery, a touch astringent with a nice, if a bit odd nutty maltiness being all there is to find.

(33cl bottle) Clear, amber colour with an off-white foamy medium head. Moderately sweet, slightly acidic malty, slightly nutty nose with a whiff of caramel. Light-sweet flavour with a shy bitterness; light to medium bodied; medium to crispy carbonation. Malt-accented taste with faint notes of toffee, sweet and slightly tart finish with an unpleasant bitterness at the end. Hardly drinkable.

(33cl bottle) Clear, yellow colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Sweet, slightly perfumed malty nose, biscuit-like with an acidic touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt-character with a honey-ish fruity note; sweet malty finish with alcohol presence. This one tastes more like an European Strong Lager than a pale Bock.
