We strive to deliver the highest quality beer from traditional styles and brewing techniques, to pushing modern boundaries and combining a range of brewing experience, with a passion for innovation.

We work with a progressive mindset with community, sustainability, collaboration, and taste at the heart of what we do.

Founded in 2000 as Oakleaf Brewery. Late in 2016 Oakleaf went into administration, a buy out package was arranged and the brewery was re-launched in 2017 as Fallen Acorn.

Closed April 2023 due to economic pressure.

[October 2022] Clear and golden with a frothy white head. Proper light and easy drinking, a little bit floral and very slightly citrusy

Can at lynne and euans. Pours golden, nose is lychee, floral, taste is juicy citrus, mango, floral.

Can at Sommar Brew Waterloo Street, Bingo-Cotts Convention, post lash up Xhitl out 08/07/23. Thanks to the guy behind the bar who I was chatting to and randomly plucked this out from a fridge to share! Black with a tan cap that clears to the ege. Nose is chocolate, dark malts, blueberry compote, caramel. Taste comprises chocolate melt, molasses, marshmallow, definite rocky roads hit, dark malts, blueberry syrup. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light kiss of alcohol. Fun enough impy.

Bottle split at Tilt, Bingo-Cotts Convention, Thanks to Mark 08/07/23. Murky mahogany brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is stewed fruits, modest barrel, spice, herb, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises toffee, dark malts, dates, oak, mellow rye. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of alcohol. It's fine but somewhat stuck in 3rd gear and lacking complexity.

Bottle split at Tilt, Bingo-Cotts Convention, Thanks to Mark 08/07/23. Marky dark mahogany brown with a good sized beige covering. Nose is dark malts, dried fruit rinds, maple syrup, light smoke. Taste comprises tangy dark fruits, modest smoke, ashen notes, maple syrup, brown sugars, light vinous tunes, toffee. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Decent enough sipper.

Tap at Brewdog Newcastle. Murky pale yellow colour and small white head. Lychee aroma. Light-bodied. Soapy lychee flavour. A bit flat. Sweet fruits but no bitterness to mention.
