Gezapft im Moder Lambic Original. Leicht trübes mittel bis dunkles Bernstein mit viel Schaum. Aroma Fruchtig, Aprikose, Mango, Hopfen. Geschmack: Bitter, Getreide, Karamellbonbon, schwere Süße. Wenig Kohlensäure, cremig. Halblanger Nachgeschmack.

03/11/2017 @home - 75cl bottle shared with tderoeck. Hazy light yellow, huge collapsing head. Nose is gracy, spices, citrus. Taste is spicy yeast, citrus, bit lemonade like. Refreshing

Clear pale blond to straw yellow beer, big white to off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of coriander, some banana, spicy, bit grassy, dusty. MF: lively carbon, light body. Taste: some citrus, bit dusty, spicy, coriander, soft bitterness, some banana. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, little grassy, coriander, soft wheat acidity.

21/10/2017 @home - 33cl bottle from a 6-pack winning contest. Light amber coloured, medium white head. Nose is malts, bit caramel, yeast. Taste is ripe fruits, some caramel, some spice from the yeast.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a medium head. Aroma is coriander, yeast, pale malts, hay. Body is light and strongly carbonated, rather thin backbone. Minerals, chalky. Dry watery palate, only carbonation. Okay.

Bottle from Les Fleurs.Murky black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate malt. Flavour is toasted malt, licorice, creamy chocolate on a bitter malt finish.
