8th August 2008. On tap at GBBF. Slightly hazy gold beer. Semi dry palate - light hops. Quite floral with some elderflower present. A little saccharine sweetness at the end. Does a job!

At a tasting, thanks David, small but stable and long lasting head with a little lacing, lightish orange colour, aromas of peach and grapefruit, flavours of home detergent and some fruit and an overpowering bitterness. Bitter and bland.

(Draught at BA’s BBF) Poured golden and hazy with small white head. Aroma was quite mild and bit sour. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Tasted of fruitiness, spiciness, bitterness and malts, Sour and spicy aftertaste. I found this beer quite pleasant after all.

Cask at GBBF 2009. Cloudy pale gold, very thin white head. It’s a pretty light lager. It’s ok, I was going to say that it was a bit dull, but it was up against some really solid German stuff.
